Hunter's letter is a document in the Hearts of Stone expansion.
Typically, it's found when heading to see Otto Bamber at the Herbalist's Hut to start the next portion of Open Sesame!, but can be missed if one takes another route off the main road. After killing the wild boar, one can follow its tracks back to a dead body with this letter on him.

- Dreadful sorry neither oysters nor asparagus nor even ginger seemed to help with your embarassing[sic] affliction. My sympathies to your wife.
- Only thing else I can think of is powdered boar tusk, but I've not got any in stock – boars have been hunted mighty thin around here. I have heard about one wandered the woods near my hut, but they say it's a monstrous beast that's done in a few hunters already, so I'd recommend staying clear of it.
