Ibrahim Savi's third map is a document and quest item in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
It can be purchased from the armorer at Kaer Trolde, but if you have already found the diagrams, it will become unavailable for purchase.
When read it'll give the following areas to look:
- standard Bear diagrams at Castle Tuirseach
- all superior diagrams

- I am charting a direct course for the spot where we commenced our study, the ruins of Castle Tuirseach. As I travel I have been marking the additional locations with the bear symbol which I have discovered.
