Igor's key is a quest item and key in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
During the main quest Get Junior, one can loot this off of Igor the Hook's body, either after fighting in the arena or attacking the place with Cleaver's men. This is then used to open the small box next to Igor's chair to find a message from Igor, which notes of a secret area in the arena.
