Igor Monnier was Martin Monnier's brother and a co-creator of the Skellige deck, which they were inspired to create after the two visited Skellige. However, Igor's health began to decline and while he was elated to hear his brother was going to run a tournament to test their new faction, he wasn't able to join Martin in Toussaint. By the time the tournament was being run in 1275, Igor had passed on.
