Kaijinzan, or the Mountain of Ashes, is a mountain in the north of the Japanese-inspired land.[1]
At the base of the mountain lies Tasuke's house. On its lower slopes The Spring Bird, an inn featuring luxurious hot baths that once became home to a yamanba and a sarugami. Slightly higher is a shrine dedicated to nekomata and a temple.[1]
