Easily the best enhancement in the game, as the increased Vigor regeneration is unique to this enhancement alone and both Witchers that rely on signs and regular combat can benefit from it. With luck you may get 3 Kayran skins after defeating the Kayran. Just be sure to save it for your best armor and be sure to buy the diagram from Cedric.
