The following is based on Andrzej Sapkowski's non-Witcher lore and its exact relation to the Witcher universe remains unknown.

Kreza, or Breza, is a small town on the canals connecting the Yarra with the Vevera.

History[]

The settlement arose around the sawmills complex built by merchant Terhoven, called "the king of the wood". His men used to drift the wood through the canals to the Vevera, from which they proceeded to the Sea of Gales and imperial shipyards in Dyveken on the Meskera's mouth.

The Vevera however turned dangerous route – if not the combats between its various barons and dukes, there was a constant danger of an elven rebellion or goblin raids. For this reason Terhoven funded a couple of expeditions to explore the other river allegedly leading to the Meskera, the Yarra. One of them eventually reached its destination and the new route was established.

Locations[]

Notes[]

  • The town appears in Oko Yrrhedesa, the role-playing tabletop game by Andrzej Sapkowski. While it shares many similarities to the Witcher lore and refers to the characters from the novels a couple of times, its exact connection to the World and the Continent remains unknown.
