"Do you really wish to know?" — Spoilers from the books and/or adaptations to follow!
Last Action Hero is an achievement in Blood and Wine expansion and while it's part of a main quest, it can be missed.
There are two ways to obtain this:
- during The Night of Long Fangs, go see The Unseen Elder by finding Orianna, doing Blood Simple, then What Lies Unseen.
- find Syanna during The Night of Long Fangs then, during Beyond Hill and Dale..., you must retrieve the ribbon from the Little Flint Girl by playing gwent or paying 500
for it.
Proceed to finish the storyline as normal and this will be awarded.
Tips[]
- This is mutually exclusive to the achievement Kling of the Clink. If you don't feel like re-playing all over again to get the other, create a save sometime prior to getting the ribbon, then re-load from that point.
