It can be found in Horm's tent in Tourney Grounds, but only if Emperor Emhyr var Emreis was killed in the base game.

- We write to you with heavy hearts. You must know our emperor of Nilfgaard, Emhyr var Emreis, Deithwen Adday yn Carn aep Morvudd, who we have long suspected to be none other than our paternal brother, the never acknowledged fruit of our father's loins, has died in battle while fighting against traitors to the empire.
- The funeral shall take place in secret, for as you must understand, in the current political situation we can trust no one, not even the man who will bring you this letter. Thus we will reveal no details about the place or the date of the burial. We know you shall be with us in heart. Rest assured, we shall make sure our lost brother is buried with all due honors and that those who committed this foul crime shall not be able to desecrate this grave.
