Lothar was a human blacksmith who lived with his family in Dol Tirthana.
He can sharpen the witcher's sword, which gives it a damage booster. He spawns in many predefined locations, so it is easy to find him on the way while travelling.

- Lothar watched his daughter as she tore into a duck leg. It wasn't often they could afford such delicacies. The tender meat juices and fat were running down her chin. The blacksmith searched for signs of something more than the simple enjoyment of food. Signs of a greater hunger. Odilia seemed to sense her father's eyes on her and lifted her own. A wide grin brightened her face. The corners of Lothar's mouth lifted slightly, but the smile didn't reach his eyes.
Appearance and personality[]
Lothar had pale skin and dark hair, with a beard and braided moustache. He was usually seen wearing his blacksmith's apron.
Lothar cared deeply for his family and was concered about his daughter's future, as his journal suggested. He was quite friendly to the witcher and adverse to violence if possible.
