Maerlina is character owning Priestess Maerlina's baths in Novigrad introduced with The Witcher: Curse of Crows graphic novel. To some citizens she is priestess, to others harlot with contacts in high class of the free city. Once she was first midwife to Adda of Temeria in Vizima and thus she was first to see young child later returned as striga. She also had affair with Ostrit and later bore son, Elid.

At the start of comic she hires two witchers, Ciri and Geralt, to get her and the city rid of another striga that already managed to tore apart an inn, regiment of the Order of the Flaming Rose and private gathering of her friend, viscount, who also wants striga to be either killed or cured.
