Mairwen Rhosyn was a Nilfgaardian general and viceroy of the former kingdom Temeria after its assimilation into the Empire during the Third Northern War.[1]
Biography[]
In 1272, he issued many orders across the province, such as Directive Number A/280/IX, stating burying the bodies of hanged deserters and rebels was thereby strictly forbidden, and anyone caught cutting down hanging corpses would be executed.[1]
Notes[]
- In The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Directive Number A/280/IX can be found posted on a tree in the Ransacked Village in White Orchard.
