Medell was the seventh ruler of Temeria and the son of Queen Bienvenu La Louve and king consort Hugo of Rivia. He married Sancia of Sodden and the couple had two children: Foltest and Adda of Temeria, thus also making him grandfather to Adda the White.
His reign was relatively unremarkable, aside from a major defeat by Virfuril near Hagge.
