The Merchant is a elven member of Scoia'tael hiding out with his compatriots in the forest outside Novigrad. He claims to have met Geralt in the Brokilon forest and will, if the witcher asks, play Gwent. He sells a few swords, food, glyphs, crafting components and some crafting diagrams, including:
