That merchant with a cart from Blackbough is not really from Blackbough. He is a merchant that constantly teleports between 3 locations, that is why i called him "Moving Merchant". I do not understand a reason why he shouldn't be called a "Moving Merchant" (or like that) and have his own page, while there is a page about Travelling Merchant (Velen).
And about merchants page, the "Merchant outside the city walls near Farcorners", in Other merchants section of Novigrad and Oxenfurt region, is actually the Blackbough merchant (reason why i deleted him from there).
I ask for a permission to recreate the "Moving merchant" page and to delete the "Merchant outside the city walls near Farcorners"
Say for those who came here to see the merchant in Blackbough, but only see one on the page when in game they find two, it leads to confusion (sort of like how those who don't realize weapons come in different tiers kept changing the infoboxes rather than adding the missing tier as a separate infobox). As the merchant "teleports" to where the player is, it's better to have him on a "permanent" page(s) and add a note that he's also the same one on the other pages than to completely remove him. I'll undelete the Moving merchant as he walks around like the traveling one in Velen, but leave the info on the Blackbough one be and just add a note and link to the moving merchant page.
As a side note, the difference with the travelling trader is that he literally doesn't have a permanent location: you can't bump into him in any main location as he's walking constantly between areas.
The merchant actually doesn't teleport where the player is, I've found out that he moves every few days or after being spoken to and fast travelling somewhere far. I've seen lots of players asking about him not being present at Blackbough (but merchant icon still present at that place), so i conducted a little "search" to learn where he might be, and found out his locations and travelling pattern..
