Nava Isle is an island, or rather islands, located southwest of Ard Skellig and directly far south of Undvik. At its bay lies a nearby smugglers' cache protected by drowners and a boat anchored next to it.
On the map, the boat may look like any boardable boat in the game but on closer inspection, it is actually an abandoned ship with dead bodies tied on the wheel, the bowsprit, and the ropes around it. The ship is covered with arrows all around its hull and a hatchet at its mast.
Further inland, there lies a wooden altar by a cliff adorned with swords and shields, a dead bear on top and a chest by each side filled with loot.
- It is possible to enter the ship by swimming beneath the hull by the keel to get in the cargo hold by passing right through it. You can then walk up the stairs and pass right through the grating to get to the deck.
- On certain surfaces of the ship, Geralt may be sent flying in the air and eventually land to his death.
