New Moon gauntlets are medium armor gauntlets introduced in the Hearts of Stone expansion. It comes in 3 forms:

Can be looted from the guarded treasure in Heddel's cemetery (to the east of the village), where Ghouls spawn from the ground.
New Moon gauntlets (magic)[]
Geralt may be auto-equipped with this version during the Open Sesame! heist. They are also found along with the trousers in a chest at the upper level of Zuetzer Castle.
