Nimnar is a small river and a branch of the Buina which forms a valley in Redania. The Nimnar begins at the southern foot of the Kestrel Mountains and passes through Gelibol.[1]

The Nimnar valley was first settled by the Dauk and Wozgor people sometime before the First Landing in the 760s, according to a classification by the historian Arnelius Grock.[2]
