The term obelisks is most frequently used to refer to the standing stones, or monoliths which are paired with the sephirot in the quests, A Mysterious Tower and Monoliths, but there are also other obelisks in the game.
- There are strange, presumably Druidic obelisks in the Druids' grove.
- Circles of Elements are formed of several obelisks.
- Wayfarers' stones, used to enter ancient crypts and other secret places are obelisks.
