Offering for the Unseen Elder is a quest item in the Blood and Wine expansion.
It can found during the main quest What Lies Unseen near the mage's body in the unusual cave in Hen Gàidh. The stone itself is an aragonite crystal and only occurs in Hakland. Despite this, the Unseen Elder considers it a stone symbolizing peace and thus it's extremely vital to have this to offer when going to see him as he otherwise doesn't take kindly to visitors.
