The Quartermaster lives in the upper part of Crow's Perch next to the armorers Fergus Graem and Yoana. Geralt can play Gwent with him and buy some cards. He also sells the Nilfgaardian Armor set and the Nilfgaardian crossbow once the free DLC has been installed.
