Red Horn is a mountain massif adjacent to the fertile valleys north of Vetteburg. It was infamous for the Yrrhedes cultists, who used to possess their main temple here. Able to sway humanoids and monsters to their cause by the power of Eye of Yrrhedes artifact, they presented a threat to the Empire until both the temple and the artefact were destroyed in two consecutive military and espionage operations.

- The massif appears in Oko Yrrhedesa, the role-playing tabletop game by Andrzej Sapkowski. While it shares many similarities to the Witcher lore and refers to the characters from the novels a couple of times, its exact connection to the World and the Continent remains unknown.
