Scavenger Hunt: Bear School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 4 is a treasure hunt in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
This section covers finding the mastercrafted diagrams.
Walkthrough
The easiest way to get all the markings on the map is to buy Ibrahim Savi's fourth map, which will add all the areas to look for these diagrams.
The Mastercrafted set can be equipped at level 34.
- Diagram: Mastercrafted Ursine armor
- Diagram: Mastercrafted Ursine boots
- Diagram: Mastercrafted Ursine gauntlets
- Diagram: Mastercrafted Ursine trousers
Immediately south of the Destroyed Bastion signpost, located southeast of Crossroads (Velen), the chest containing the diagrams is next to a grindstone inside the ruin.
The cave containing this diagram is located northwest of the Blackbough signpost in the forest to the west-northwest of The Pellar 's hut. The map shows the area as a light spot in the forest. The mouth of the cave may be surrounded by Nekkers and a woman's corpse lies nearby. The chest containing the diagram is at the back of the cave, behind a pillar near a broken wagon.
Northeast of the Olena's Grove signpost, or northwest of the Road to Bald Mountain signpost, there is a small island with a Monster Nest marker on it. The chest containing the diagram is half-buried on that island behind a rock.

- During one of his numerous adventures, Geralt got his hands on a map covered with strange markings. He quickly deduced that they indicated the locations of hidden witcher caches and, intrigued by the chance of discovering long-lost crafting schematics, he set out to find them.
