This article is about the knight mentioned in the Hearts of Stone expansion. For the knight in The Witcher, see Siegfried of Denesle. |
Siegfried de Löwe was an influential Redanian knight and the leader of an unknown group of the Order of the Flaming Rose (or a splinter faction off of them). He and his knights were offering protection around Brunwich, but this was more of "protection money" by demanding payment so they wouldn't attack the villagers themselves.[1]
Trivia[]
- Zygfryd de Löwe is a malevolent fictional knight in the novel Krzyzacy by Henryk Sienkiewicz.
- Siegfried Walter Loewe was a German chemist and endocrinologist.
- Löwe in German means "lion".
Notes[]
- Because of his name there is a theory that he and Siegfried of Denesle are the same person, with many titles. However, a cut content chronicle of de Löwe suggests that he may be one of the knights fought at Zuetzer Castle, contradicting this theory as is makes little sense for him and Geralt to not recognize each other.
