In the Witcher novels, Zoltan gives Geralt a named sword, Sihil. A similar named sword, G'valchir, is earned as a reward for a quest in the computer game. This sword is described as being a Mahakaman rune sihil, not necessarily the Sihil from the novels.
The Dwarven runes forged on it, "na pohybel skurwysynom", is loosely translated into a combination of "May they perish/To their doom" and "whoresons" or more colloquially; "Death to motherfuckers".
