The silver basilisk trophy is a trophy in The Witcher 3 expansion Blood and Wine. It may only be obtained by killing the last known silver basilisk, Iocaste, during the quest Mutual of Beauclair's Wild Kingdom.
This trophy has a unique inventory description:
