Skellige breeches are light armor trousers in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and come in two different forms, both of which can be found in Yennefer's room at The New Port inn at Kaer Trolde Harbor. They are also sold by Elihal, Sjusta and the Kaer Trolde citadel armorer.
Yennefer recommended that Geralt wear this in 1272 when they both attended a banquet honoring King Bran's death. Yennefer also recommends Elegant Skellige shirt and Skellige festive slippers with it.

Geralt must wear this version for Yennefer to approve of his outfit during The King is Dead – Long Live the King.

Unclear why, but Yennefer doesn't approve of this version as part of Geralt's outfit, even though she provided it as an option for him.
