Strumpet in Distress is an unmarked secondary quest in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
The 
rewarded in this quest is unaffected by the ±5 level constraint and difficulty level.
Walkthrough[]
Head south of the Novigrad Docks signpost to find a man threatening a strumpet. If you intervene the woman tells Geralt to leave, as she can handle things. You now have a few options:
- use Axii (requires Delusion level 1, earning 30
) - threaten the hooded man
- tell the woman you can make the man leave (earns 10 )
- leave as requested
Unless you leave as requested, it's soon revealed the two were merely acting to get in the mood and Geralt just killed it. The quest will then end, with slightly different comments depending on what was chosen.
