Superior Swallow is the most advanced form of the potion in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Five of these can be crafted at any one time and placed in the consumables slot.
One batch can be received from a choice during The Battle of Kaer Morhen. If you have a lesser version of the potion at that point, it effectively allows for more charge uses between replenishments.
