The swordsmith in Mulbrydale is a gwent player, using the Monsters deck, and despite his misleading name, is an amateur armorer. If freed from his captors at Swamp Bint Harbor, he'll head back home and will then offer his services to Geralt.
Biography[]
At some point, he employed the dwarf Fergus Graem and his apprentice Yoana, though they later moved to set up shop at Crow's Perch.
In 1272, he was kidnapped and held hostage at Peet's Landing by Nilfgaardian Army deserters and bandits.

- Like some other merchants who can be rescued, he says that he'll have a reward for Geralt, but that's only dialogue and he won't give anything.
Bugs[]
- There's a known bug where he'll appear next to his workbench but be unavailable to talk with. A save and reload of the area, or simply meditating, fixes this.
- When first beaten in gwent, he may pay out with crafting materials even if there are still non-unique cards remaining to be awarded.
