Yup, it was announced a couple of times there won't be a crossover. And even if, the timeline here concerns the witcher world, not Cyberpunk 2077's variant of Earth (which is also different to our own Earth -- it is the future of Earth depicted in Cyberpunk 2020, not "our" future).
