The Book of the Tawny Owl is a scroll in The Witcher that is used to make the potion of the same name, as well as the Bindweed and White Honey potions.
It is both dropped by the Salamandra boss or found in a coffer in the southern cave in the Outskirts, or sold by the following merchants:
- Hermit at his hut in the Fields
- Kalkstein at his house in Vizima (Act II) or at his laboratory in Old Vizima (Act V)
