Apparently the scribe at the town hall in the Trade Quarter needs five cockatrice feathers to make superior quills. This should be easy money for a witcher.
Geralt decides to head off to the swamp where he has heard there is a cave full of cockatrices. Once there he finds more than enough to fill the contract. He then heads back to town to collect the advertised reward.
Notes
- This quest can only be completed if the Bestiary contains an entry about cockatrices.
- To economise on time, do this quest at the same time as the Reaping time quest.
- After delivering the feathers you can kill the Scribe and take them back. The consequences are not known.

A scribe from town hall needs five cockatrice feathers. They're apparently far more durable than ordinary goose quills. I need to collect five cockatrice feathers for the scribe.
