  • Can you, please, avoid mentioning the game itself at intro text and biography , when character is concerned? Take Benoit's page as an example. For these things we have appearences in infobox and references.

    • yeah, sorry I'll go and remove those mentions in my newly-created pages

    • Aen Elle and Aen Seidhe aren't races but cultures.

        Loading editor
    • Would it be okay to write "Elf" followed by "Aen Seidhe" or "Aen Elle" in brackets?

        Loading editor
    • Yeah. BTW: Will you stay here? Because I don't want to lose you. You're great contributor ;)

        Loading editor
    • Yes I'll still be around, though I'll be more active on the other wiki than on this one. Don't worry, I'm not completely abandoning you :)

        Loading editor
    • And would you kindly explain to me why is that wiki better? So we can improve. Also, does that mean you wont be adding new pages (Aldona, David, Johnus...)?

        Loading editor
    • For editing, it just seems more... convenient? The infoboxes, for example, are easier to use and have more automation. Things are more thoroughly categorized. Mostly small things that combine to make editing more enjoyable. By the way, I'm not implying in any way that this wiki is bad or terrible, it's still very good, but in certain aspects gamepedia is slightly better. And yes, I will still be adding new pages here.

More on that topic: can I just copy the gamepedia articles that I wrote myself over to this wiki (Aldona, Johnnus, etc.)? What are your thoughts on that?

        Loading editor
    • Oh you don't know how glad I am to hear that. Yeah, you can totally copy them over but two things: past tense + Biography. Ok?

        Loading editor
    • Ok, sure

    • Juraj, I see some wikis are adding little country flags to their interwiki links (see the Russian Witcher wiki for an example). What do you think about it? Should we add them, too?

        Loading editor
    • We most definetly should. However, I have no idea how (maybe Mechemik has?). BTW if you don't have images for Aldona etc. than upload one from Russian.

        Loading editor
    • I just looked into it and it'll be simple enough to implement, but will require a bit of time as I'll need to gather the required images and fix the code to this wiki. I'll start on it later tonight.

    • 1857a wrote:(...) but in certain aspects gamepedia is slightly better. And yes, I will still be adding new pages here.(...)

I'm glad and sad reading this...

    • Eeehrm... not likely making a pressure on you but... circa when can new pages be expected? Asking as humbly as I can.

        Loading editor
    • Circa sometime soon, though I've just added Aldona's page

        Loading editor
    • Ehrm... past tense please?

        Loading editor
    • Sorry, where did I use non-past tense?

        Loading editor
    • On Gustav Roene, the first sentence on Wolverstone and last on Bart.

        Loading editor
    • Fixed

    • There are a some "quests" in Witcher 3 like Looters and Never Trust Children which don't appear in the quest log, and have no journal entries or well-defined objectives, so is it really right for us to call them quests? The only time they are referred to as such are by the Tw3 icon main quest map markers. I'm thinking of changing those articles so they are referred to as "events" rather than "quests". What do you think?

        Loading editor
    • Definetly agree

        Loading editor
    • We have them listed there because they're like that in the Prima Guides (grouped in with all the other quests). Events might be too confusing, so maybe do something instead like "unmarked quests"?
