The only area I can think of which may cause an issue with this is when a place is inside the realm of an actual region of land (such as Gustfields or Arcsea) but also within a specific city or town. Should they just both go in the region? Like Novigrad Gate, for example, if the country = Redania and the location = its precise location in the city, should region = Gustfields<br >Oxenfurt?
