The Tidecloaks were a criminal gang led by Gudrun active in Novigrad sometime between 1267 and 1272. The gang controlled the Harborside and the docks of the city and also had contacts with corsairs from Skellige.
Each gang/pirate crew, member had his own weapon the rain form swords, knives to other weapons. Also Tidecloaks had ships which to do that illegal activities.

- Because they do most of their crimes at the seas, attacking merchants ships, traveling ships and other ships they could classified as pirates.
