"It depicts a burning tower being struck by lightning as two figures fall from the top."
The Tower tarot card is a quest item given to Geralt by Vaska, the Brickmakers' village eldress as part of The Sentry quest. Kalkstein sends him to find Vaska and to get more information on how to open the tower. It is then that she gives him this card.
