Treska was a Temerian member of the City Guard of Vizima who came to arrest Geralt after he murdered some racists in The Fox inn. He ended up victim to the Axii sign and by the witcher's request, Treska led him to Velerad, the castellan of Vizima, who then dismissed the guards.
