Troll hide is an alchemy ingredient in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. It is not needed to craft anything but can be dismantled into a monster hide and monster hair.
It is a guaranteed drop from all rock trolls and ice trolls, except the one in Clan Tordarroch Forge.
