Viper trousers are craftable medium armor trousers and are part of the Viper School Gear introduced in the Hearts of Stone expansion for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. The diagram can only be obtained during the Open Sesame! quest by buying it (and the rest of the Viper diagrams) from Countess Mignole.
