This wandering merchant is an exact clone of the ones walking the roads around Velen and Novigrad, selling the same items and at the same prices. However, likely because of a bug, he only seems to appear in White Orchard during the "Witcher" version of the epilogue.
He walks between the two unmarked Nilfgaardian Army camps - southern one by the road leading out of the the map, south from the sawmill, and the northern one on a hill northwest of the cemetery and directly east of the Nilfgaardian Garrison.
Starting from the southern camp, walks east towards the village, then turns north around Odolan's hut, and upon reaching the river starts following the road northwest, until the shallow river crossing above which the northern camp is located. At night, he may rest in either of the two camps.
