Water is a drink item in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which provides average-strength vitality regeneration.
Geralt starts the game with 2 bottles of water in the inventory. It is also a very common loot find and is sold by pretty much every innkeeper.
Oddly, it is needed to craft journeyman's weapon repair kits and can be dismantled from them as well.
