- In light of the continual quarrels distracting our market's stallholders from their primary business of doing business, let me remind you of the officially-endorsed weights and measures used in Novigrad.
- 1 fathom = 3 ells, 1 ell = 2 feet, 1 foot = 12 inches
1 gallon = 4 quarts, 1 bushel = 8 gallons, 1 barrel = 4 bushels
1 pound = 16 ounces, 1 stone = 25 pounds, 1 hundredweight = 4 stones. - It is requested that all sellers and buyers use this system of measurements. Complaints concerning transactions made in other measurements will be summarily dismissed.
