Wirsing

Wirsing was the owner and host of a tavern named after him in Rivia. Before becoming an innkeeper, he was a tracker in Maribor, and was likely injured as a result of the siege. He, Geralt, Dandelion, Zoltan Chivay and Yarpen all ate lunch there together one day, just before the Rivian Pogrom began. He was known for his excellent cuisine, but unlike many in the cooking profession, he was very lean.
