The only known loot sources are Nilfgaardian halberdiers killed during the secondary quest, An Eye for an Eye. In the Blood and Wine expansion, it should appear as random loot in a few places, but due to a randomization bug, only one dose can be found in the vintner's camp at Chuchote Cave and is guaranteed to appear.
